In the graphic, we have identified two (2) options as contracting parties (borrowers). The background information relates to the following special features:

 Option # 1:

If the lender agrees to use the assets named in our TERM SHEET & COMPLIANCE PACKAGE (RUBY & EMARAGD) as collateral for the loan funds, we would name

SPARK VENTURE PARTNERS LLC as the contracting party (borrower) for this purpose. Spark Venture Partners LLC is a limited liability company in the state of
Delaware and the owner of the named assets (ruby and emerald).

 Option # 2:

Should the lender wish to provide the loan funds based on its own financing concepts and not include the assets named in "Option # 1", we would name BLUE

OCEAN CONTINENTAL LLC as the contractual partner (borrower). This company is also a limited liability company in the US state of Nevada.

 Furthermore, we have included the GLOBAL COMPETENCE TEAM in the graphic. This is the group's own "Compliance & Legal Department", which takes over the
"controlling" during the contract period to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines and laws and oversees compliance.

 BLUE OCEAN TRUST manages the "Trust & Paymaster Department" of the group of companies and is responsible for providing escrow accounts and business

accounts for the transactions specified in the contractual agreement..
