OWNERSHIP CONDITIONS OF THE ASSETS:
Should the lender agree to the desired financing structure – “Asset Based Funding” – the assets described in our current TERM SHEET & COMPLIANCE PACKAGE (Ruby
& Emerald) will form the basis for the asset-based refinancing (monetization) of these assets.
The two assets - “ROUGH RUBY CORUNDUM (“RUBIN”) and the “BERYLL SMARAGD MINERAL (“SMARAGD”) are owned by SPARK VENTURE PARTNERS LLC, a partner
and member company of the group of companies - BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP.
