Special features regarding the capitalization concept:

 The decision-makers at the BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP have specialized in the capitalization concept in the areas of corporate finance and investment
banking, leverage finance and private fund raising and secured high-yield secured investment programs. Particular attention was paid to securing capital in order to

100% rule out any loss of capital invested.

 The capital generated from monetization remains in a secured bank account for the benefit of PARTY # 1. The capital amounts remaining in the secured bank
account serve as the basis for asset allocation/security for the acquisition of temporary financial instruments, for the implementation of which the platform -

"Corporate Finance and Investment Banking" is used.

 With the acquisition of bank-secured financial instruments, their further capitalization takes place, during the implementation of which the platform - “Leverage
Finance” is used.

 The capital amounts generated from the platform - “Leverage Finance” are then used to pay the costs for the financial instruments acquired for a limited period of

time and are then returned to the issuers of the platform - “Corporate Finance and Investment Banking”. The remaining capital amounts from the platform -
"Leverage Finance" will then be further used in the platform - "High Yield Secured Investment Program" with the aim of making the capital amounts generated

therefrom available at a calculated percentage in favor of PARTY # 1 for their further free disposal.
