 Both assets (Asset # 1 & Asset # 2) are provided by PARTY # 1 for an intended loan/financing, with “SKR’s”shown for this purpose.

o The collateralization of the assets provides financially secure flexibility without having to forgo the ownership (Asset #1 & Asset #2) in the long term. For this
purpose, the assets were inspected and evaluated with appropriate "Quality Analysis & Appraisal Reports" by GIA gemologist Prof. Norman Michael Rodi.
