Beneficiary: SPARK VENTURE PARTNERS LLC
Further use of the named assets:
o Both named assets remain in the depositories under the supervision and control of the respective custodians and the beneficiary/owner.
o The custody certificates for both assets were documented by Safe Keeping Receipts (SKRs) and are intended to secure their lending/credit line to the legitimate
lenders, members of the future “consortium” for a period of at least one (1) year, for their assignment/transfer.
