Thematic Venue Construct & Decor; bring to life the approved 3D mockup through set-up
Pre-Event amplification to engage key Influencers and L.A.D.S leading towards the event (Clouds Plus TV Interview & Social
Media)
Promote liquid on the lips experience by winning the 1st Drink through activating the Brand Ambassadors & Bar Staff program
to drive uptake of Jameson (the available SKUs) and the Black Barrel
Run ‘Bond & Connect’ experientials leveraging on approved sales mechanics
During Event
Ensure physical and mental availability throughout the event; Effectively use fundamental execution elements such as strategic
product displays, menu cards, table talkers, bar staff with branded T-Shirts, themed visibilty on stage, themed branding (banners)
across the venue & brand mentions by the Event Host
Social Media Amplification through posting of event highlights to drive traffic to the designated outlet
Bold and engaging entertainment leveraging on a select line-up of Guest DJs and The Lab Experience as per drawn program
