Adult Swim Lessons

Customized to adapt to personal swimming goals. Designed to
help beginners become comfortable and understand how the
body moves with the water OR develop proficiency in strokes
by improving techniques.

Aqua Blast Water Aerobics July 4th Fireworks, Wigwam Resort

Gentle Water Aerobics

This is a low-impact water class. The class improves proper
breathing, stretching, balancing, core strength, and
endurance. This is an excellent choice for continuing
rehabilitation once physical therapy ends.
