activities carried out during the day so that the administration can
modify and act in a timely manner.
Administration Manager: Responsible for all matters related to
collections, payments, employees, outsourced services,
purchases of supplies and overall maintenance of equipment.
Control over the flow of funds, salaries, utilities, banking
operations and human resources, as well the control of the
security and cleaning of the terminal. He will make daily reports to
the General Manager.
Scale Operator: He is responsible of the verification of the weights,
both for the entry and exit of refrigerated or dry cargoes. He will
keep a detailed record of all movements made. Coordinate the
incoming of trucks per schedule. He will check the conditions of
“security seals” in each unit; in case of finding any violation, he will
report to the Operations Manager
Grain Sample Extraction: He will analyze and determine the
general conditions of the grain. This service could be outsourced
to a specialized control company.
Doorman: Control of all vehicles entering the terminal.
Silo Operator: Once the grain loaded truck enters the terminal
area, he will oversee coordinating the loading and unloading either
from the silo or from the trucks to the containers; responsible for
keeping a record of the volumes and quality from each trucks and
customer.
Reception/ delivery of reefer: Responsible for controlling the
correct functioning of the cold storage, the volume of the product
entered and/or removed, prepare a detailed report per customer
of the movements made and the existing stock, coordinate the
unloading operations of the trucks, the loading to the reefer and
movements within the chambers.
Machinery Operator: Responsible for operating the machinery for
the handling of containers, control the correct operation of the
units, perform periodic maintenance and act both on loading and
unloading products either refrigerated or dry cargo.
Security: In charge of maintaining a strict control of the people and
equipment that enter the premises, as well as the control of the
