General Manager: Responsible for the overall operation of the
terminal facility, contact customers; signs contracts and performs
the general supervision of the departments. He is also responsible
for keeping shareholders informed about the procedures,
performance, projections, goals and the development of the
company.
Operation Manager: Responsible for coordinating and controlling
the reception, storage and delivery of goods within the terminal,
refrigerated containers, grain and general cargo. He is in charge
of planning the operations and coordination with the machine
operators, silo operators, scale operators and other employees in
his area and direct contact with the clients to keep them informed
about the status of their goods. Makes daily reports on the
