A Distinctly Chilean Combination

The line of Casa Vergara wines from Chile represents the best of
both worlds: high quality varietals at a reasonable price.

• Casa Vergara’s wines are unique not only due to their Chilean
heritage but also to their intrinsic “one of a kind” characteristics
that contribute to this delightfully special label.

• The dry, arid conditions in the Maule Valley concentrate the
sugars in the grape harvest, which results in a higher alcohol
content by volume in Casa Vergara’s vintages.

• All Casa Vergara wines are bottled in house--at the vineyard, not
shipped in containers and rebottled at the export destination.

• Casa Vergara wines are bottled with traditional long corks, which
are used for vintages that can comfortably age for 10-20 years.

• Casa Vergara’s wines are hand harvested today, as they have been
for three generations. The vines range from 40 to 50 years in age.

• Chilean wines have consistently ranked higher in international
wine tasting competitions than Western European vintages.

• Chilean wines like Casa Vergara’s have been demonstrated to
contain higher concentrations of health promoting substances
including quercetins and favonoids.
