                   Using  Vysnova’s  Interview  Questions  Template  (found  in  the  Vysnova  Standard  PgM  Docs
                    ShareSync  folder,  see  Annex  E),  PM  will  conduct  technical  interviews  with  pre-screened
                    candidates, either in-person or remotely (i.e. telephone, Skype, Zoom etc.).
                   It is the responsibility of the PM to notify Vysnova HR/Recruiter when an applicant is considered
                    favorable. HR/Recruiter will require and verify references and provide any feedback to the PM.
                   Should a security clearance be required for a position, Vysnova HR/Recruiter will connect the
                    candidate with Vysnova Facility Security Officer (FSO) via email at FSO@Vsynova.com to conduct
                    this verification (see Security section of this Guide for additional information).
                   It is the responsibility of the PM to notify HR/Recruiter that, upon verification of references, an
                    offer should be made to an applicant.
                   Vysnova corporate management, in collaboration with the PM, and using local market salary
                    data  and  project  budgets,  will  determine  fair  and  equitable  compensation  ranges  for  each
                    position.
                   As all applications are received via Vysnova’s job portal, GetHired, Offer Letters are also sent to
                    applicants via this portal, by HR/Recruiter, upon instruction from PM that an offer is to be sent.
                   Upon acceptance of an offer, HR/Recruiter will inform the PM.
