Gather all information on your dependents.

Name, date of birth and Social Security Number (SSN) are required for all
covered dependents to complete your enrollment. If your dependents are
not listed, you will not have the option to enroll them in medical, dental,
vision, life insurance, etc.

Login to your BenSelect account.

1. Type https://awd.benselect.com/gray

2. Enter your username in the Employee Number field. Your username
is your full Social Security Number (SSN) with no dashes or spaces
(i.e. 412346789).

3. Enter your PIN (8-digit date of birth, i.e. 03051979).

Add personal information, add dependents
3 and select your plans.

1. Enter your personal information.
2. Add your dependent information.

3. You’ll be guided through the selection process for all available group
and voluntary benefits.

Review your selections and electronically sign
4 the enrollment form.

Congratulations! Your enrollment is complete. Print a copy of your
confirmation statement for your records by clicking the Benefit Election
Form and then the printer icon.
