Quality Series: Food & Beverage
Lessons Learned
In this course, we will discuss previous lessons learned on our
projects. We will cover the different aspects of quality/inspection
needed to prevent harborage points and other industry-specific
issues. We will also discuss the differences in detailing between our
typical Food and Beverage projects. We will discuss the types of
testing we typically do, when testing is required, who needs to do
testing, and how to document it.

This course will outline general information in regards to a typical Gray
project. We’ll discuss duct type, keeping ends sealed off, when extra
testing is needed, TAB, and the most common systems.
