Quality Series: Refrigeration 101
             Refrigeration is an essential part of the food manufacturing process.
             By definition, Refrigeration is the removal of unwanted heat from a
             selected object, substance, or space and its transfer. Whether you’re
             new to Refrigeration or want to brush up on your basics, this course
             will cover the refrigeration cycle, the basics of heat transfer, and the
             components of an industrial refrigeration system.
