Operations




             Less than Great Projects
             Consistent with our Purpose Statement, Gray seeks to deliver great
             projects every time. However sometimes this doesn’t happen, and
             while disappointing, these projects provide an opportunity to learn
             from those lessons so as to not repeat them.

               Target Audience:  All Gray Team Members
                      Note:  Classes are limited to 15 in-person attendees.

             Project and Site Management Roles in
             Food and Beverage Projects
             Understanding sanitary principles, details and installation, facility
             operation, sanitation, and HACCP programs, are essential to
             delivering safe, quality food and beverage projects.
