Quality Series: Testing Protocol
In this class we will present the following: the types of testing we
typically do, when testing is required, who needs to do testing, and
how to document it.

An informal discussion of scheduling with a specific focus on how the
site manages, tracks, and participates in scheduling. This interactive
class will discuss topics requested by attendees, including:
• How to develop schedules
• What is important information
• How to read documents
• Definitions/nomenclature
• How to use scheduling for planning purposes
