Spring has sprung, and with that comes a busy time for the ELG group! One Medical, Lids, Petco
We have officially kicked off our professional development series, “Exploring
the Life of Gray Projects.” This year’s series is a chance to highlight each stage
of the project life cycle and explore the day to day lives our teams experience
during each phase. Our goal is that by the end of the series, team members will
be able to understand the process of project development, the inner workings In the Crosshairs 7
of construction, and how we maintain customer relationships once the job

In February, our professional development series began with Marcus Taylor Jupiter, Gulfstream, Prime Beverages,

team is instrumental in building relationships with customers and bringing new
