Airport
The airport is located at 316 Airport Road and is a self service facility with 100LL. The 5,000 foot runway has
heading numbers of: 10-28 with a NDB approach. The unicom frequency is 122.8 MHz. Courtesy car is availa-

Fire Department
Mountain View has a 24 member volunteer fire department with a current
ISO rating of 7 in the state. Fire Station 1 is located is located in downtown
Mountain View at 202 West Third Street and Fire Station 2 is located on
4th Street, just off U.S. Highway 60, near Smith Flooring. Call (417) 934-

Police Department
The Mountain View Police Department has six full time police officers, a
full time Police Chief Jamie Perkins, one DARE/resource community
officer and one part-time office assistant. The crime rate in Mountain
View is very low, making it a great place to live. The Police Department
