Our way back down took us via Finchs Line through dry Eucalypt forest with an abundance of Gymea
Lilies. Most of them had finished flowering by early December, but we could still find some in full
bloom.

We can only recommend this walk rich in wild flowers and birdlife. It was a great day out in the bush
which ended with a lovely picnic at Wiseman’s Ferry.
