Read. Relax. Relate!.

On behalf of the over 22,000 members in the Dynamic Southern Region, I am excited to
welcome you to our 2021 Delta Authors on Tour! What an amazing opportunity to expand
your personal library and support our talented sisters as we celebrate the arts. I must
extend heartfelt appreciation to Broward County Alumnae Chapter’s President Tracy
Barnswell, and Arts & Letters Chair Geneva Warner, for serving as our regional hosts.

Whether you love fiction, nonfiction, or poetry, Delta Authors on Tour is a significant
program of our National Arts & Letters Commission providing literature for all. We must
not only lift our voices as Deltas, but recognize the power of those who tell our stories.
May this virtual tour allow you to connect with authors whose works resonate with your
passion and lift your spirits.

Anna Quidlen wrote that “Books are the plane, and the train, and the road. They are the
destination, and the journey. They are home.” While on this tour, I do hope that you will
support our Delta authors and that all of their books will be added to your list of
favorites. Afterall, supporting our own is the best part of any journey.
