Greetings:

I bring you greetings on behalf of the awe-inspiring ladies of the Broward County
Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. It is such a great
honor to serve as host for the Dynamic Southern Region’s Delta Authors on Tour.
Our themed event “Survival of the Fittest” will showcase eleven amazing authors
from across this great country. We bring this event to you virtually in an effort to
share the authors’ gift of literary expression with the entire community.

The tour will provide a platform to spotlight female authors of color to dialogue
with others about the importance of literature. Authors to share their journey
and outline what can be gained from reading these magnificent books. The
excitement has been building and we look forward to assisting in promoting,
marketing and increasing their overall sales.

It is our hope that you will join us in celebrating the resilience and necessity of the
arts. As we bring you Delta Authors on Tour let’s continue to embrace and fulfill
the ongoing need for a robust cultural experience in our community.
