    COMMUNITY IS PLURAL, NOT SINGULAR
At the YMCA of the Triangle, we believe we are stronger when our doors are open to all.
Our Mission is incomplete without diversity and inclusion. Our commitment to inclusion creates better communities, a better country and a better world. That diversity and inclusion begins with our greatest assets our employees and volunteers.
We encourage staff and volunteers to participate in staff-led Employee Resource Groups that provide a safe space for in-depth and authentic conversations about personal and professional development.
In 2018 and today, staff members actively participate in the YMCA of the Triangle:
• Women’s Leadership Resource Network
• African-American Hispanic-Latino Network • LGBTQ+ Network
