A MESSAGE FROM THE PREMIER
Over many years, women in our Italian community have excelled in our clubs and associations, in government, business, academia, the arts and more.
Since 2023, Com.It.Es South Australia’s Progetto Donna Awards have shone a light on this long legacy of achievement and celebrated exceptional women who are leading our Italian community into the future.
The women we honour this year are no exception.
Individually and collectively, they are testament to the influence that Italian women have had – and continue to have – in our proud multicultural state.
Congratulations to all the winners and nominees of the 2025 Progetto Donna Awards!
Your many contributions are deeply appreciated within our Italian community. But you are also role models for all South Australians, especially our young, emerging leaders. Thank you for your inspirational work and for your devoted service to our proudly multicultural state.
I also commend Professor Marinella Marmo, Cav. Rosa Matto and the 2025 Progetto Donna Awards sub-Committee, for delivering this impactful awards program that celebrates the knowledge, skills and achievements of Italian and Italian South Australian women.
Congratulations on the success of this year’s awards and thank you for recognising and celebrating the many ways women contribute to making South Australia a stronger and more inclusive place, where everyone can belong.
