Our Vision | Morning Light believes that every person has value and deserves to experience a
life with care and dignity. A home for all.

Our Mission | Morning Light provides a home for the terminally ill and for seniors, with limited
means, to ensure a life with care and dignity. By supporting end-of-life hospice care, respite
care, and senior living choices, our professional staff deliver high quality service and
compassion for all.

Our Values | Compassion. Providing dignity and hope for people we serve and relief for their
loved ones. Commitment. Demonstrating unwavering focus on improving resident quality of
life. Collaboration. Creating community impact through partnerships recognized for long term
value and success.

The AHBH opened in 2004 through the generous private contributions of individuals,
foundations, and corporations. Ongoing fundraising and contributions underwrite most
operating expenses; therefore, community involvement is the pinnacle of our Home!

We offer collaborative care. Need our help?

We partner with local agencies in Indiana that are state licensed and provide all medical
oversite, including: established care plan, hospice nurse visits, and medication coordination.
We staff the Home 24/7 with Certified Nursing Assistant care for our residents and provide:
three home-cooked meals a day, social activities, essential housekeeping services, and
assistance with residents’ managing their own medication.
