They will stop on points or other things that break up the contours, such as secondary
     points, big isolated docks and trees, or weed edges. As fish start their migration
     and stop on these key locations, the fish are densely grouped up. While they are not
     actively feeding, they are still willing to eat.


     After this transition, fish are now encountering some of the coldest water temperatures.
     This signals the end of this third period or phase of fall and the beginning of winter.

     In the fall the most important thing to remember is that bait is the key! Where the
     bait go the bass will follow and where the bass go anglers will also follow!
