k. Conflict Resolution – when conflict arises between students/families at Quest, our
plan is to encourage you to use the honor principles found in Scripture to confront a
problem.
1) Please pray and determine what problem you are facing and if there is
anything you can change first that will remedy the problem.
2) If you have done this and there is still a problem, consult with your parents to
determine if bringing honor to Quest will require confrontation as explained in
Matthew 18:
a) First, go directly to the person you conflict with and honorably
communicate your problem.
b) If it is not resolved, ask one or more persons to go with you to verify all that
is being conveyed.
c) If it is still unresolved, bring it before Quest Leadership.
d) If you and/or your family, at any time, need assistance, either identifying or
resolving your problem, please set up an appointment with Quest
Leadership at 520-818-8064 or send an email to
office@questforeducationandarts.com so we can help you.
