Arizona Homeschool Science and Engineering Fair

AHSEF is the largest Homeschool Science and Engineering Fair in
the state of Arizona. Our students have successfully competed at
local, state, regional, national, and international science fairs. We
reward research & design as well as STEM projects for all
homeschool or alternatively schooled students. Students who are Pre-
th
k through 12 grade may participate. It is the only statewide STEM
competition available to homeschool students.

Quest does not require its students to compete in Science Fair, but

we encourage them to do so. Your Science Fair grade can be used
to replace low grades from some tests and other projects throughout
the year.

Participation in Science Fair will not only encourage self-directed
learning, ownership of work, critical thinking skills, enhanced
decision making, teamwork, study of relevant topics, confidence,

competence, spirit of scientific inquiry and scientific career choices,
it also brings glory to our Creator. By studying God’s creation, you
can both encourage and strengthen the faith of other believers, and
minister to those who may not know the Lord through your
discoveries and interaction with them.

All students attending Quest are encouraged to participate.
