As shown in the Projected Income Chart on the Navigator’s Guide, Page 7, we rely upon fundraising to
cover anywhere from 10 - 20% of our annual budget. A non-profit such as ours depends on the
commitment of its supporters to continue the work that God has given to us. We hope you see the
value in Quest for Education and Arts and will give as God leads you to help fund our mission to bring
freedom in education to all parent/family-directed educators in Southern Arizona. The fundraisers
listed below are what we used last year. We will have other fundraisers as they become available to
us and we will communicate this to you in email, announcements and advertising online and on social
media.
If you have a fundraiser to bring to Quest’s attention or would like to volunteer to help with fundraising
please contact development@questforeducationandarts.com or speak with Angelica Ewing at 520-

Corporate Matching Gifts/Grants
Corporate Employers have made a way to give to charities by allowing their employees to become partners
in giving. When you select Quest Science Club as your charity and donate to us, employers match your gift.
Some will even triple your donation.

T-Shirt Fundraiser
We have designed this contest/fundraiser to bring the student body together. Let your students know the
contest is for the winning design on our Quest t-shirt. Winners are selected by the Quest staff, 1 Student
Council member and 1 Honor Society member based on the design best representing Quest

Mister Car Wash
Sunshine and desert living brings beauty and dirty cars...who wouldn't like to have their car easily
cleaned. This fundraiser is very easy to sell. Express Wash is $6. Full Wash is $12, Platinum Express
Wash is $16. Quest gets half of the proceeds.

Jim Click Millions for Tucson Raffle
Fundraising made easy with this fundraiser. 1st Place Drawing – 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2nd Place
Drawing - 2 First Class Tickets anywhere in the world,
3rd Place Drawing - $5,000 Cash. Winners are drawn in December. Tickets sell 1 for $25 or 5 for
$100. Quest keeps 100% of the proceeds.

Fundraising Letter
Allowing our students to communicate with friends and family, this fundraiser gives a more personal
approach to helping Quest. A bio is written by the student and their family communicating their
involvement in Quest.

Book Sale
During the summer we have an ongoing book sale held in Dr. Thai’s garage. During
the school year we will have a book table in our Library with curriculum, books, CDs,
DVDs, educational toys, etc. that are available to take for a reasonable donation. If you
have items to donate, bring them to Dr. Thai’s home during the summer, or drop them
off with administration during the school year.
