Hexion continued to provide its associates with

online and live training on various compliance
topics this year, including: Anti-bribery, Conflicts

of Interest, Gifts and Entertainment, and Mutual Energy Star

Respect. Compliance training and related Over Partner of the

Company’s intranet, known as Hexion Connect. 5000 Year

2021 Compliance Initiatives volunteer

In 2021, Hexion also completed several hours

new compliance actions.

• Adopted a new Social Media Policy that has

been translated into eight languages and
assigned to associates as a SuccessFactors Pernis ISCC+

training course; Certification

• Enhanced its controls on Insider Trading,

Anti-trust and Anti-Bribery; 10.4%
• Enhanced its controls and processes for

doing business with competitors; Improved

• Added controls and monitoring of energy
