                                           The prime rib, however, continues to be
                                           the star. If this is your choice, you have sev-
                                           eral options, ranging from the California
                                           to the gigantic Beef Bowl Double Cut. The
                                           next part of the show involves a carving
                                           expert bringing the exclusive Lawry’s cart
                                           to your table. This high-end cart is lighted
                                           and can hold two or three large-certified
                                           Angus ribs ready to be served. The carver
                                           will slice your order as you watch so you
                                           can get just the piece you want. Included
                                           is an offering of buttery mashed potatoes,
                                           and I always indulge in some creamed
                                           spinach and corn as well. It costs a little
                                           extra, but definitely worth it. Be sure and
                                           request au jus on top of your meat. A serv-
                                           ing of airy Yorkshire pudding is included.
