               When it is time for dessert, I recom-
               mend CC Brown’s Hot Fudge Sundae. Mr.
               Brown owned a soda shop in L.A. and cre-
               ated an exceptional topping. After using
               the sauce for many years, Lawry’s bought
               the rights and they serve it exclusively
               at their restaurants around the world.
               You may purchase a jar to take home. Be
               sure to request almonds sprinkled on top.
               Other desserts include coconut banana
               cream pie, English trifle, or flourless
               chocolate cake.


               Wine is available by the glass or bottle,
               including Hahn SLH Estate Pinot Noir
               and Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. An
               enticing list of cocktails  includes their
               signature Meat and Potato Martini. This
               shaken martini features Chopin Vodka,
               plus two prime rib and horseradish
               stuffed olives. Another unique liba-
               tion is Lychee Martini with fruit-infused
               Absolute Vodka and lychee syrup.


               If you prefer beer, consider the Tenaya
               Creek Nut Brown edition, a light brown ale
               with a dark roasted flavor to it. Firestone
               Union Jack IPA has a bold citrus flavor
               and pale malt sweetness.
