its wine. Just outside of Jacksonville, locals can live amongst the beautiful vineyards in the heart of
PSouthern Oregon’s wine country.
The first phase of Stage Pass consists of several lots situated in ideal wine growing locations. “Phase One, the
Vineyards, is comprised of ten lots from two to more than three acres,” says Principal Broker Doug Morse.
“These are available for purchase now and building may begin immediately. Phase Two, The Highlands,
will offer 14 lots to be released at a future date, along with Phase Three, The Terraces, offering three lots.
