No city in the world does
events better

The Vegas infrastructure of hotel rooms, venues and expertise is readily
available, plus the city itself is a major draw and is a major asset that
helps promoters easily entice fans, competitors and sponsors to line up
and visit Vegas during the event.
“The outside world is (learning) what Las Vegas residents have always
known—that Las Vegas is a major league sports city,” legendary play-
by-play personality and Vegas Sports and Information Network (VSIN)
founder Brent Musburger told me for an article I wrote for Sports
Business Journal. “Yes, we love tourists, but we will support the Golden
Knights and the Raiders. Plus, this will be the best destination city for
NHL and NFL fans. I think thousands of fans will plan trips to Las
