Centennial Grille at Centennial Golf Club
entennial Golf Club in Medford is known for great golf, with a
spectacular layout designed by two-time PGA Tour winner and
C1977 U.S. Amateur Champion John Fought. It is not just the golf,
however, that keeps people coming back time after time. Centennial Grille
receives its fair share of visitors, and the fish tacos are one of the biggest
hits. Also popular—the crab cakes, Shrimp Louie, the Caprese Grilled
Cheese, and the Basil Pesto Chicken Sandwich. The outdoor patio at Cen-
tennial Grille boasts fantastic view, and is large enough for a variety of
events or groups.
