“We like to think our development is still in its infancy,” says Adam
Jesperson, general manager. “We’re just scratching the surface. We have
sold out the Dunes project (268 lots). The big product we are working
on now are the vacation condos. We still have a lot of multi-family
residential land we can build on, but we’re feeling out the market right
now. We’re very happy with our growth. We didn’t question whether
we would be a success. We have a great product here and 50,000 people
come out here every year.”
And there is one other big project in the works. “It’s more high-end
with half-acre to acre lots,” Jesperson says. “The estates will overlook
the back nine. We have the right side (of the golf holes) as a building
site. The views are unbelievable overlooking the golf course, the Virgin
River and the mountains. It’s amazing.”
Included with ownership, residents receive onsite security,
maintenance of yards, discounts at the golf courses and Sand Hollow
amenity access.
Then we come to the play side. As in golf. The three options are also
varied here and include the 18-hole Championship Course that is rated
in the top 100 resort courses by GolfWeek. Add in the 9-hole Links
Course and the Wee Course, and the golf options will fit everyone’s
game as well. There’s also a spacious practice facility and a world-class
clubhouse (complete with Sand-E’s Grill) to ensure all of your golf
needs are met.
