Need a Lift?

ow many of us wish we had more room in our
garage, whether for cars or other motorized vehi-
cles? Modern homes are built with less storage
space, though we don’t always have fewer pos-
H sessions, so the garage becomes a repository
and displaces our cars. Or, we simply have more cars than our
garage’s allotment. There is a viable solution at an affordable
price. For a fraction of the cost of constructing a garage add-on
or a separate storage unit, Residential Parking Solutions can

have a lift in their garage. The
couple saw a viable need and
added residential installations. About a year ago, they started
including lifts in new builds in a local subdivision, and other
builders are now incorporating them in their new construction.
Homeowners are thrilled to have an easy, affordable solution to
both their space and storage problems.
At first glance, you might regard a garage lift as something
for only the wealthy, but not so. They fit budgets across the
board. A basic one-car lift is available, with installation, for
under $4,000. People who once paid for storage parking in
warehouses, can now put their extra cars in their garage. When
they no longer have storage fees, they find the lifts soon pay for
themselves. Plus, it’s far more convenient to have a car at your
