WINE NEWS
THE NEW FACE OF TRIUM
Long time wine club member and supporter Tony Corallo is the new
owner of the Trium label. Tony was raised right here in the Rogue
Valley, and for over a decade now has been part of the
Trium Wines family. He is continuing to make Trium
Wines from the Pheasant Hill Vineyard fruit and other
local vineyards for his first crush. Many years of success-
ful wine making and a legacy for quality will continue
with Tony’s commitment for providing outstanding vari-
etals. There will be new wines released next spring and
fall, and a new tasting room location to be announced.

STAGE PASS
Nestled just outside the charming city of Jacksonville, Oregon is a new,
upscale neighborhood with lots available for purchase. Stage Pass, the
27-acre housing development located off South Stage Road, evolved
from a unique concept where homeowners can play a role in creating
their own piece of vineyard paradise in Southern Oregon. The first
phase of the planned use development, named The Vineyards, includes
ten lots, four of which have grape vines already planted on the prop-
erty. The lots closely mimic the surrounding wineries which, according
to Stage Pass Development CEO, Stephen Gambee, was the ultimate
goal of the project: “This is a once in a lifetime change to literally live
amongst the vines.”
Doug Morse, a principle broker with John L. Scott, recently took over
sales of the Stage Pass housing development. With almost three dec-
ades of real estate experience, Morse has been a leading agent in the
region since the beginning of his career in the early 1990s. Affordable Art, Antiques, Animals
