ation. Visitors can recharge at the gourmet
smoothie bar in the Dunes Club, offering
vitamin-rich fresh-pressed juices and snacks
for healthy nourishment.

DINING
While all accommodations feature ful-
ly-outfitted kitchens, Diamante also offers
multiple locations for dining or beverages.
Izzy’s Restaurant serves an international à la
carte menu of fresh daily creations that in-
clude Sonora Beef from Rancho 17, produce
directly from Diamante’s organic garden, and
sustainable seafood from the Baja waters. The
Sports Bar has 10 televisions and a full line
of premium wines and spirits and is a great
spot for a casual meal or drinks. The Market
is open 24-hours a day offering a complete
breakfast and lunch menu and a variety of
“grab and go” food and beverage options. The
market also has an on-site bakery and a full
coffee menu along with smoothies, shakes,
teas and fresh juices. The Palapa Lagoon Bar
serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and
dessert.

Diamante’s culinary team is also available
for occasions ranging from a private dinner
for two to a celebratory event in a residence
or on the property.
