Las Vegas is a city of imagination! In a 4.2 mile strip you have
some of the most beautiful restaurants and resorts designed by the
world’s most brilliant architects, leaving visitors in awe. The ever-
evolving city never ceases to surprise you, and one of its most amaz-
ing treasures is golf. Cascata Golf Resort is located roughly 30 min-
utes south of Las Vegas, a true golf paradise—prepare to be amazed!

Cascata Golf Resort was built in 2000 by world-renowned course
designer Rees Jones. The course opened the same year and rivals
some of the country’s most luxurious and exclusive course proper-
ties. Cascata Golf Club is host to the Coach Woodson Las Vegas
Invitational and gives its guests the ability to continually challenge
themselves on each hole while enjoying a beautiful and pristine
visual. The clubhouse has a cascading waterfall as soon as you enter, a
unique sight and sound.

No day at the course would be complete without a scrumptious
cocktail to celebrate on the 19th hole. With summer coming to an
end, it’s only right to highlight the perfect drink to lead you into the
fall months.

Thyme Will Tell (if your golf game gets any better)

Ingredients
2 oz. Zacapa Rum
½ oz. maple syrup
½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Thyme

Procedure
• Muddle thyme
• Combine ingredients
• Serve on the rocks
• Garnish with a lemon peel
