have been writing for Southern Oregon Magazine as a design contributor for three years, and I
I thought some musings on design would be a good winter topic.
Although the digital world is powerful, I still believe the printed word and image is more dynamic
and reflective. Images printed on paper have a sense of permanence and thoughtful purpose. Far
better than the fleeting image on a screen that you scroll past on Instagram, or annoying pop-up ads.
Good design is a slow, measured process. Interior design is a tactile endeavor, and print is a direct
reflection of that dynamic.
