sidering a custom-built dream home? Design? Aes-
thetics? Location? Luxury? Livability?
Tyler Jones, a fourth-generation Las Vegan and
W founder and principle of Blue Heron Build/Design,
thinks you can and should have them all, and pledges that you will
with Blue Heron. Starting as a laborer on the job site as a young
boy, Tyler learned the building trade from his father, also a custom
homebuilder. He doesn’t remember not being involved in home
building. “Since I was born,” he quips. He graduated from college
in Colorado and after working for architects in Denver, he returned
to Las Vegas to start his own business.
