Blue Heron homes, lots and entire communities, already built

and Equinox in MacDonald Highlands. Some of these commu-
nities have only a few lots remaining. Dragon Rock is another
MacDonald Highlands’ community on the horizon. Some older
communities have sold out. Each Blue Heron home is crafted for
the individual, yet suited to reflect the environment, making each
community one-of-a-kind.
Some of the new projects include Vantage, 37 homes over-
looking Lake Las Vegas with lake and mountain views. Eleven
homes have been sold, even before breaking ground. Vantage
homes will introduce three new floorplans, including a single
story, bringing Vegas Modern™ to Lake Las Vegas.
Obsidian in Henderson, consists of 34 custom lots on ap-
proximately 60 elevated acres, surrounded by three master-
planned, custom-lot communities—Ascaya, Roma Hills and
MacDonald Highlands. The homes will be pre-designed, very
high-end custom homes, offering amazing city views. Part of the
community’s uniqueness is its designed entry and street layout.
Blue Heron’s newest show home, Vegas Modern 001, is well
under construction and scheduled for a spring 2020 completion
date. This 14,000-square foot home will serve as the company’s
flagship for its unparalleled architecture, views, design and in-
novation. Located in MacDonald Highlands, it will be the first in
the Vegas Modern™ series, and will serve as the physical embodi-
ment of the style and the pinnacle of Las Vegas neighborhoods.
Equinox, the adjacent neighborhood, consists of seven lots.
