SLOW & LOW
EQUALS SUCCESS

My favorite golf tip is slow and low because it’s simple to understand, yet very productive. Golf is a rotational sport, and the common denomi-
nator in all the pro-ams I’ve played in is that golfers use their arms too much. This causes the club to get placed into a poor position. Then, because
the club is not in a good position, it causes too much hit, which generally leads to the ball going anywhere and everywhere.
So, take the club back slow and low for six inches, then rotate your forward shoulder to back foot. From there, all you have to do is unwind and let
the ball get in the way. This simple move should get you consistently hitting quality shots.

green and you need to control the run out to the hole. Using the toe chip
helps soften the contact and allows for better distance control. Whether chipping or putting, hitting the ball on the toe will help soften the
blow, which will help you hit softer shots on and around the green.
