“We have a lot of unique characteristics as a
company and passion is extremely important to
what we do,” Jones says. “We have a deliberate
culture at Blue Heron and we are constantly
thinking about how to intensify that culture.
It’s about passion and pushing boundaries and
continuing to challenge ourselves to do better,
more interesting, sophisticated and novel
things with design. We have a very talented
group of people and it’s extremely important to
make sure we have a culture that keeps them
excited and ensure this is the perfect place for
them. Nothing we do is luck; everything we
do is by design and it is hard work to create
this dynamic. I am very proud of our overall
passion and dedication.”

A Sneak Peak at Blue Heron Experiences

Vegas Modern 001 – “This new 14,000 square
feet custom show home will be open in summer
2019 and is located in MacDonald Highlands.
It is the first in the Vegas Modern™ Series.
This home is the physical embodiment of Vegas
Modern™. This is the next level of the Blue
Heron custom home design and what we
can offer.”

Obsidian – “The Obsidian community is 34 lots
adjacent to Ascaya and MacDonald Highlands.
Each lot has amazing city views and the homes
will be pre-designed, very high end custom
homes. Starting at $2.5 million and up, it will
be a very good value for the types of views
and homes we are offering. Sales will begin
fall 2018.”

Vantage – “This is a unique community located
in Lake Las Vegas. It will have elevated lots
with mountain and lake views. There will
be 37 homes and we are bringing the Vegas
Modern™ lifestyle to Lake Las Vegas, which
will be very special. Starting at under $1
million, this is exciting for us to have
something in this price range and to offer
the Blue Heron experience at this level.”
