construction or modern designs.

At the top of the 1500 building is another lavish home for sale, a castle-in-the-sky space whose owner broke
protocol and asked Princess Diana to dance when she was in Chicago in 1996. Originally priced at $24.5 million in
2020, it’s now down to $8.5 million.
