Janet Owen from the moment we met her was warm and efficient. Fortunately she

did not show us an overwhelming number of apartments on our first excursion. We
found “the apartment” that first outing. Basically Janet listens to her client and ab-

sorbs their needs and wants. She then synthesizes this information when selecting
appropriate properties to show. For instance, my husband insisted on a full face view

of the lake. Janet repositioned this request. We have a few of the lake and a view
south of Chicago. The lights of the city enhance the night view. In addition Chris and

I were executing an out of state purchase. Janet held my hand and guided me
through the process. She even recommended several cleaning persons. In other
words Janet was totally hands on, but not suffocating with her service. I know she

will be there as we move, to help us find grocery stores and beyond. Janet is a friend.
