Just a quick note to thank you for the incredible job you did selling our home.

As we both know there was a long history of failed attempts, by others over several
years, to do what you did in a few months. The advice on certain improvements we
needed to make, the pricing guidance, the advertising campaign, and, of course,

your tireless effort to get this opportunity in front of the right people on the
brokerage side, all proved to be the difference and created the result we wanted.
You didn’t just wait for the phone to ring, you really worked this listing and the sale
certainly supports the approach you used.

Aside from the positive outcome, which I guess is the most important piece, it was
such a pleasure to work with you and your team. Great reporting, great attitude,
great follow through.
