The Formal Dining Room is exquisite and opens to the Living Room allowing your guests to enjoy the
beautiful lake views, even while seated for dinner. This room easily accommodates large family
gatherings or intimate dinner parties.

FAMILY ROOM/SOLARIUM…

Cleverly wide open to the dining room the Family Room/Solarium is just adjacent to the chef’s kitchen.
It is a relaxing and more casual area with large sunny windows; a perfect place to read, relax or watch a
movie. One can still see beyond the more formal rooms to the lake and tree top views from this inviting
space.

THE CHEF’S KITCHEN, BUTLER’S PANTRY, CASUAL DINING AREA AND

The uniquely designed and simply marvelous Chef’s Kitchen, is the only A tier residence with full access
through to the Dining Room and Family Room from both sides of the Kitchen.

Subzero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher and Viking microwave. Triple stainless steel sinks with designer
faucetry and a garbage disposal.

There is also a convenient “must-have” Office/Planning Area off of the Kitchen. There is a beautifully
appointed and conveniently located Powder Room. A full in-residence Laundry Area with heavy duty

Enter the Bedroom Wing through a lovely and beautifully appointed Gallery with additional closets.
