produced them and even the energies picked from the environment around
them as they grew. In many productions the attitude of the producer is
reflected in the quality of the product. Let us look for a moment at the attitude
of the producer. Are they vocationally suited to be doing what they are doing?
Do they love what they do? What is their real motivation to do what they are
doing? Are they working alone or do they employ others or share the work
load with others? If the latter then we need to see what the attitudes of their
other are, as their energy input is also present in the finished product. If the
answer to any of the questions suggests other than love and happiness than the
effect on the product will not be favourable. You have a saying in your world
about rotten apples in barrels. You will have experienced the difference
between ‘having to’ and ‘wanting to’ and ‘needing to’. ‘Having to’ often
attracts resentment, ‘wanting to’ attracts control and dissatisfaction, and
‘needing to’ attracts fulfilment. You see, needs are the requirements of Spirit,
whereas the other two are solely to do with the ego and it’s hunger. And we
have only discussed the production of the ingredients to be used by the
producer of the meal. It is the cook who carries the next stage of preparation.
What is their attitude? The same criterion applies. They need to ensure they
include the best ingredients they can. In the preparation of the ingredients for
inclusion in their menu they can, should they be aware, cancel out or dispel, or
dilute any negativity that might be attached to any ingredient. The core and
most spiritually nutritious component in the ingredient is it’s life energy, it’s
spiritual energy. It is it’s soul energy that carries any contaminating negative
energy, while it’s body energy provides the nutrition your body needs. The
final meal is presented to the consumer. Again attitude is important. The
consumer needs to be aware of all that went into the presentation in front of
them, from the act of God in creating the Spirit and body of each component,
through the attitudes of those involved in the production of the component, to
the graciousness of the cook who would also have left part of their energy in
every mouthful to be consumed. A moment’s reflection provides the
opportunity for the consumers love and appreciation to also be added to the
food and would be tantamount to a blessing. The meal is now sacred and all
who were involved are blessed. Of course you will realised that if you were,
yourself, with this awareness, the producer and the cook, would you not think
