ego still attached, and even with the best intentions be misused
by the spirit. Trance states were part of the development of
spirit communication. If the mediums spiritual awareness is

sufficiently developed they will not need to become entranced.
It will be perfectively natural for spirit to communicate with

the mediums spirit and for the union of the mediums
humanness and their being they form the perfect channel.
Trance should not be the goal of the developing medium rather

it might be a part of their path. Drunkenness is a common
excuse for behaving in a manner we wouldn't normally behave

in. trance can also be similarly used. As a medium keep your
eyes open and your senses expanded. Spirit needs you in the
earth world so stay there.

There is no sixth sense. We have said when we expand
our awareness of the ability of each sense we become more
